Martin Wood is a director and producer for Stargate SG-1 and Stargate: Atlantis. He also writes, directs and executive produces for Sanctuary, another Syfy series starring Amanda Tapping. Much like Peter DeLuise, Martin attempts to put himself in the episodes he directs in minor background roles, usually as Major Wood. In an ongoing inside joke, he can often be seen with MSgt. Sylvester Siler and a massive wrench.
