Martin's people are a race of human from a unnamed planet in Milky Way galaxy. The people were fairly advanced, they had spaceship and matter transporters and advanced medicines. They were forced to fight a Goa'uld who tried to enslave them and worship them as a god. But the people refused and fought on. They sent off a group seek advanced allies. The group found Earth but found that it was not sufficiently advanced enough to be able to help them. The group chose to remain on Earth, while their people were fighting for their lives in a battle they would lose. Their homeworld was destroyed by Goa'uld. Now there are only five survivors left of their civilization. (SG1: "Point of No Return")
