Malchus is a male K'Tau from the planet K'tau and also the spiritual leader of the K'Tau.

Under his guidance, a group of radicals suicide bombed SG-1's rocket, which was prepared in an attempt to save the planet. He and his followers believed that interference was blasphemous against their "gods", with Malchus himself even blaming SG-1, who he called the "elves" or "outsiders", for dooming their planet.
