Ma'kar of the Gomai Foothills is a Jaffa who met with Teal'c, Rak'nor and other Jaffa on Chulak to discuss the Jaffa Rebellion in 2000. This meeting turned out to be a trap and Teal'c was captured and turned over to Heru'ur. (SG1: "The Serpent's Venom")
