Loder was a male Tau'ri member of SG-11.
Biography[]
2000[]
In 2000, he participated in an operation on P3X-888 to uncover fossilized Goa'uld symbiotes for transport and research back to Earth. Dr. Daniel Jackson called Loder for assistance after test results for Cleo (Dr. Robert Rothman's latest discovered Goa'uld) were completed, ready for the queen to be crated. However, he heard crackling branches in a forest just beyond the dig, and when he discovered a monster emerging he shot at it, but was killed in action. The assailant was discovered to be the Unas Chaka. (SG1: "The First Ones")

Behind the Scenes[]
- In the commentary for "The First Ones", Peter DeLuise said he named the character of "Loder" after Anne Marie Loder, who was his girlfriend at the time. They have since married and she has taken the surname "DeLuise".
