Lindsay is a male Tau'ri Icarus Base officer.

He and roughly 80 people were forced to evacuate Icarus Base during an attack against the base by three Lucian Alliance Ha'tak vessels. He ended up on the Destiny, an Ancient spaceship located several billion light years from Earth. (SGU: "Air, Part 1")
After a day since arriving on the ship, he was present in the observation deck with other crew members, who wanted to know what Eli Wallace knew, as Everett Young and Nicholas Rush trusted him. Lindsay was later present for the shuttle's lottery to evacuate Destiny, but was not chosen in the draw. He later helped to unload ice when the ship was running out of water. He entered a stasis pod for the trip to the next galaxy. (SGU: "Gauntlet")
Alternate timelines[]
- In an alternate timeline, he chose to return to Earth, but like everyone else except for Colonel David Telford, didn't make it and was presumed dead. However, he ended up on a planet that he and other survivors called Novus, 2,000 years in the past. (SGU: "Twin Destinies", "Common Descent")
