Kel shak lo is a ritual battle with another warrior within the Sodans which leads to one of them dying. Cameron Mitchell and Jolan fought in this, but both survived due to Jolan's help and Mitchell was thereby saved.
In the ritual, two large sticks are used and all other means of defense or offense is used, except for talking. (SG1: "Babylon")
