A Wraith Keeper.
Keepers are Wraith who watch over the rest of their kind while they are hibernating. They also tend to the maintenance of their Hive ships during that time. As a measure of protection, the keepers are guarded by a small group of Wraith. If the keeper is killed, the entire hive will awaken. Presumably the hive will then send out an automatic message to other Keepers to awake their Wraith to fight the new threat. Since the start of the Wraith civil war, the keepers have made their own alliances. (SGA: "Rising", "Allies")
