Katana's ship is a generational ship owned by the Traveler known as Katana Labrea. The ship is known to be one of the fastest in the Traveler fleet.
History
The ship was used to reach the Attero device on M6H-987, before the Wraith controlled Daedalus could get there. The chief engineer, Mila, with the help of Dr. Zelenka, pushed the ship to the limit and beat the Daedalus to the planet (partly because Ronon Dex temporarily sabotaged the Daedalus' hyperdrive). When the ship arrived, the hyperdrive burned out and it was forced to engage two Vanir starships. It took minimal damage and managed to destroy one of the ships, however a third ship rose from the planet and escaped with the Attero device control key. The ship then saved the Daedalus and her crew from crashing into the planet by opening a hyperspace window that could fit both Katana's ship and the Daedalus long enough to send both ships to the other side of the planet. It then engaged and destroyed the last Vanir starship. Katana's ship fired down over Janus' research outpost and destroyed the facility, along with the Attero device, so it will not be used again.
