Jonathan J. O'Neill's Homeworld Command office is a location located within the Command Center of Homeworld Command. Lt. General Jack O'Neill used this office when he became the Commander of Homeworld Command. (SGU: "Air, Part 1")

When it was believed that Colonel David Telford was a spy for the Lucian Alliance, Colonel Everett Young traveled to Homeworld Command and informed O'Neill. Dr. Nicholas Rush then took over the body of Telford and attempted to locate the information proving this. (SGU: "Subversion")

When the Lucian Alliance were able to infiltrate Destiny, Young traveled to Homeworld Command and informed O'Neill and O'Neill dressed Young down, and told him that if he couldn't retake the ship, he would find someone who would. (SGU: "Incursion, Part 1")
