Doctor Johnson was a member of Atlantis expedition in its first year of operation.

She was with a group of researchers who were in the parts that were flooded after the storm, and examined the damage. She and Dr. Wagner discovered one of many Ancient laboratories. She and Wagner were in the lab and became infected by an Ancient nanovirus. She was the second victim of the virus. (SGA: "Hot Zone")
