Template:Infobox Actor/Actress John de Lancie is a character actor best known for his role as recurring guest star Q on the various Star Trek series. He has also done roles on the NBC soap opera Days of Our Lives from 1982 to 1986 and the TV series Breaking Bad.
De Lancie also had a recurring role as NID Colonel Frank Simmons on Stargate SG-1. He has also appeared in Andromeda as Beka Valentine's Uncle Sid and on Charmed. He also appeared with Richard Dean Anderson in the science fiction western series Legend and later alongside alongside David Hewlett in the 2004 movie, "Darklight".
