John Michaels' team was a team formed to execute Operation East Fly in East Germany in 1982.

History[]

In 1982, the team was formed with the objective of grabbing a Russian agent named Boris in East Germany, the mission being codenamed Operation East Fly. The team attempted at infiltrating the targeted safe house; however, the mission leader Colonel John Michaels would be killed during it, presumably under sniper fire. With the mission being a failure, the remaining team members prompted to abort the mission. (SG1: "The Gamekeeper")
