Dr. Jason Burg, or as he likes to be called, "Dr. B", is Phoenix Site's gate scientist, who's contracted by the Air Force. He has a variety of PhDs. (RPG: "Perfidy")

Background information[]
Before working at Phoenix Site, Jason would vacation all over Earth, exploring a multitude of cultures and experiences. He surfed in the southern coast of Tasmania. (RPG: "Perfidy")
2002[]
A coolant leak locked down Phoenix Site's gate room during Dr. B's gate-travel protocol demonstration for the recruits. When Bervell got a face full of coolant, Dr. B instructed the recruits over the radio to proceed to P1X-774's base camp for a med pack. He also warned them of the planet's pink clouds that produced highly acidic rain. Dr. B updated them two hours later when the leak was fixed and told them if they headed back to the Stargate that the gateroom door should also be fixed by the time they got back. 2003[]
Dr. Burg led repairs of the Asgard science vessel that Phoenix Site was salvaging on P2X-649. He and Zirstyr prepared the vessel's core for a replacement power source, as its original had been irreparably damaged. He also worked on the Jade Skull to make Phoenix planet invisible with his team of technicians and scientists. (RPG: "Perfidy", "United")
