Dr. Jasmine Liira was an Ethloninan woman and was their foremost Scientist.

Background information[]
Dr. Liira had been Klorem's assistant. She was aware of half of his fungal formula that he had created if his Mutated locust ever got out of control.
Ecology[]
The Ethloninan military planned to eliminate Klorem's locust with pesticides, but Jasmine believed it was too late. She worked on the fungus solution that would grow in his locusts and produce a toxin that would only kill them. However, this method would take weeks for them to die. She insisted that if she found Klorem's hidden lab, or if the visiting Phoenix team could help her, she could make an effective fungus that would kill them immediately.
After the solution was created, Liira placed it in a container and attached it to an Ethloninan dirigible.
In the end, if the Phoenix team successfully helped the Ethloninans, she gave the team all of Klorem's scientific notes. If the team failed, her fate is unknown. (RPG: "Ecology")
