The Jaffa High Council
The Jaffa High Council is a new council created by the Free Jaffa Nation, assembled on Dakara following the defeat of the Goa'uld Empire. The council is led by Gerak, former First Prime of Montu, until his death. (SG1: "Avalon", "The Fourth Horseman", "Stronghold") Outsiders were not allowed to address the High Council.
The Rebel Jaffa fleet is composed of ships that were taken when the Goa'uld were defeated.
