The Jaffa High Council, also known as the Jaffa Council, was the leadership assembly created by the Free Jaffa Nation, assembled on Dakara following the defeat of the Goa'uld Empire. The council was led by Gerak, former First Prime of Montu, until his death. Outsiders were not allowed to address the High Council.
