Infrared goggles

Infrared goggles, also known as IR goggles, are a type of visual aid used by the Tau'ri to assist in the wearer's ability to see in the dark, and through fog or smoke, by way of the infrared spectrum. (RPG: "Roleplaying Game")

History[]

When Stargate Command had a Sprite loose on the base, the SGC had three IR goggles at their disposal, which were able to negate the species natural camouflage ability. (RPG: "One Toe In The Water")

Corporal Kneeland used IR goggles when he and Teyla Emmagan trailed after and helped Sora Tyrus in 2009. (SGA: "Allegiance")
