Haikon is the current leader of the Sodan and is therefore named Lord. He was the one who decreed that Cameron Mitchell will answer for his crimes (the spilling of the blood of a Sodan warrior) by way of Kel shak lo. He has lead his people for more that a hundred years, and after learning of the Ori, lead his people to convert to Origin (SG1: "Babylon")

Eventually, however, Haikon and the others realized that the Ori were no better than the Goa'uld. He renounced Origin, and aided the Tau'ri in their efforts to capture the Prior Damaris, so that they might manufacture a cure to the Ori plague. Later, another Prior drove the Sodan Volnek mad, causing him to go on a rampage and killing all but Haikon. (SG1: "The Fourth Horseman, Part 2", "Arthur's Mantle")
