"Well, it was a sweet racket while it lasted. Until the great god Grannus went and got himself executed by his own Jaffa. Since then, the number of pilgrims has been, well, significantly reduced."

Grannus was a Goa'uld who posed as a minor Celtic god. He was one of Camulus' former lieutenants.

He was executed by his own Jaffa after the demise of the Goa'uld following the successful Jaffa uprising in 2005. Despite this, his priests and followers became even more fanatical. It was therefore still possible to worship him at his monastery's Ring of Shen Marak, as Caius learned. (SG1: "The Ties That Bind")
