Ginger ale is a non-alcoholic beverage on Earth. In 2002, when SG-1 (sans Colonel Jack O'Neill) visited Steveston, Oregon, Teal'c and Jonas Quinn ordered ginger ale at a bar. They were later pushed out by the locals, who unknown to the two were hosts to cloned Goa'ulds. They left the bar, with the ginger ales untouched (though Jonas did take a sip from his).
