Gil Hawkins was a major in the United States Air Force and leader of SG-11.
Biography[]
2000[]
On a dig on the planet P3X-888, he pursued Chaka after he kidnapped Dr. Daniel Jackson. When he reached a lake he was infested with a Goa'uld symbiote. He was found by SG-1 and SG-2 but they could not take him back to the Gate. When Teal'c realized one or more the team may have been infested with a Goa'uld, he tied them up and left. When the Goa'uld made his move he was killed by Teal'c who had only pretended to leave in order to lure the Goa'uld into revealing itself. (SG1: "The First Ones")
