The Gadmeer homeworld was a planet that was originally home to the Gadmeer. The planet's ecosystem was Sulfur based and would have been fatal to Humans. An unknown alien race destroyed their homeworld, and the Gadmeer made an ark which stored their DNA, ecosystem, and recorded history. (SG1: "Scorched Earth")
