Ferassin root serum

The Ferassin root serum is a drug created by Zaddik from Ferassin root found on his Zaddik's homeworld. He began experimenting and developed a serum as an alternative food source for the young Wraith Ellia, which he believed worked. According to Zaddik (and until after Ellia tells him otherwise), he believed that Ellia never fed on a human other than him.

The serum's process included dried and grounded leaves, and distillation of the Ferassin root to remove toxins that could have instead put Ellia in paralytic shock. (SGA: "Instinct")
