Evans is a Lieutenant in the United States Air Force. She was assigned to the infirmary at Stargate Command.

When Anubis possessed Dr. Daniel Jackson's body and was shot by Brigadier General Jack O'Neill, she assisted Dr. Brightman in his care. While she was standing next to him Anubis left Daniel and entered her. When Daniel realized this she was detained but Anubis had left her and she had no memory of what she had done in the last day. (SG1: "Lockdown")
