Evans was an individual within the Lucian Alliance who was dressed as an Airman of the United States Air Force. Evans was trapped in the Homeworld Command building along with Camile Wray and Master Sergeant Ronald Greer after a cloaked Lucian Alliance cargo ship crashed into it.
Camile later realized that he works for Lucian Alliance as he knew she wasn't a scientist and took her hostage and Greer shot him dead. They suspect he was the pilot of the ship and found a clan tatoo on his back, confirming he was Lucian Alliance. (SGU: "Alliances")
