The Engineered Virus was an unknown virus created by the Goa'uld Nirrti which she then unleashed on the planet, Hanka, killing everyone on the planet including its native population, as well as some members of Stargate Command, while leaving a young twelve-year-old girl, Cassandra, as the only survivor.
