Elson's planet is an unnamed planet in the Pegasus galaxy that houses a Stargate. It was used as a refuge for the Balarians after they fled their homeworld, escaping the Hoffan drug. A settlement of Humans, run by a man named Elson, already occupied the planet and some natives were less than welcoming to the Balarians. (SGA: "Outsiders")
