This unnamed planet is the only planet that orbits the uncharted star in unnamed galaxy. It appears to paradise world with almost ideal conditions for life. The only sign of civilization on it is a giant obelisk built by unknown race. There is a theory among Destiny Expedition that planet itself and even whole star system was built by unknown advanced race.
During its voyage, Destiny dropped out of FTL near it, when its Faster-Than-Light engine was disrupted by star's gravitation. That gave Destiny Expedition about month to stay on planet's surface in a camp for rest and gather fruit and vegetables for expedition food supply. (SGU: "Faith")
