The Destiny pulse weapons are early Ancient ship-to-ship weapons, several of which were installed on the starship Destiny.
Overview
The weapons are double barreled energy turrets. It is currently not known how powerful these weapons are, but it is known that they rapidly discharge yellow energy pulses.
History
Due to the damage to the Destiny suffered during a previous attack, the current expedition was unable to activate the weapons safely when they were needed, and risked damaging or even destroying the ship when they chose to use them. (SGU: "Earth")
