Deep sea diving suit

A Deep sea diving suit is a type of Tau'ri diving suit that is used for deep underwater work. The suit is used alongside a diving helmet.

History[]

When the Tau'ri managed to activate the Stargate in 1945, Dr. Ernest Littlefield went through the gate's event horizon in a deep sea diving suit.

Many years later, when SG-1, and Catherine Langford traveled to Heliopolis and found Ernest in 1997, he covered himself among their company with the tattered remains of his suit. His diving helmet was used to attract lightning so its energy could be channeled into powering the Stargate. (SG1: "The Torment of Tantalus")
