Deep-space radar telemetry

Deep-space radar telemetry is the cover story used by Captain Samantha Carter, and presumably the other members of Stargate Command, as a cover for their actual duties within Cheyenne Mountain. Major General Jacob Carter recognized that this was other than the truth, and told his daughter that it needed to be worked on in order to be effective.
