Damaris was a Human of the Ori home galaxy.
Biography
Background information
His wife's name was Adina and they had two sons, Jadin and Allon. He was a believer in the Ori prophecies and later became a Prior. He was one of the Priors that traveled to the Milky Way to spread the Origin faith. (SG1: "The Fourth Horseman, Part 2")
2006
He ordered the Sodan to eradicate a group of peaceful farmers just because they didn't want to serve the Ori. They did not obey, so he came back to question them. With help from technology brought to the Sodan from Earth, Damaris powers was stilled temporarily so that SG-1 could draw blood from him. When he regained consciousness, Lt. Colonel Cameron Mitchell and Dr. Daniel Jackson attempted to turn him against the Ori. Major General Henry Landry and Orlin later came, and Orlin revealed truths about his past. Unable to accept the truth, Damaris began quoting the Book of Origin. He got some of his powers back, and was able to infect Landry with the Ori plague, but was killed before he could do too much damage to the surrounding area and the people, but not before revealing that the Ori were planning to destroy the Ancients. (SG1: "Babylon", "The Fourth Horseman, Part 2")
