She is from upstate New York. She was in her late twenties in 2003 when she worked for Phoenix Site.
Personality[]
Cynthia is career focused by sees Phoenix Site as a bump in the road since no one will know of her accomplishments due to the secretive nature of the base. She got her nickname of Shiv because she loves to play with her butterfly knives when there's downtime. When off-duty, she likes to get dolled up and go dancing in Haven. (RPG: "Perfidy")
