The ruling body of the Tollan people. Officials in the Curia are of the highest standing within their government. The Curia makes critical decisions for their entire population, but their power is limited. They are not, for example, empowered to enter into a contract with a Goa'uld ... Transcripts of all meetings of the Curia are (in theory) a matter of public record.
The leader of the Curia, until the destruction of the Tollan people by the Goa'uld, was High Chancellor Travell.
