Couran Meera is a female Tollan, who is a member of Phoenix-4. She's an Engineering Specialist.
Biography[]
In 2003, Couran was working with Dr. Jason Burg at Phoenix Site. They were trying to use the Jade Skull, that was found earlier at an Ancient base, to make Phoenix planet invisible. They had various options available to power the device, but each choice had downsides, so they needed help deciding which to go with.[1] (RPG: "United")
