Combat engineers are people who use the tools and techniques of engineering in combat. Combat engineers were deployed with Colonel Samantha Carter, Captain Alicia Vega, and Dr. Jennifer Keller to M2S-445 to locate survivors from one of Michael's research facilities which had collapsed one them.
