Cicero is a museum worker from P4M-328.

He was the only person who believed that the Stargate is actually a portal to other planets and that the members of SG-1 are aliens. He gave Dr. Daniel Jackson advice on how to pose as rebels more convincingly. He then took Lt. Colonel Cameron Mitchell and Vala Mal Doran to the fragments of the Dial Home Device but the power source was not among the fragments. On the way back, they found an Ark bomb and tried to steal it but were stopped by Jayem Seran. Seran took their weapons and gave them to Cicero and went to try and capture Teal'c and Dr. Daniel Jackson. Once he left, he gave them back their weapons and they went to capture Seran. After he was left alone, he exited the museum and told the government the truth. When they raided the building, he objected to Quartus' plan to cover up the incident. (SG1: "Bad Guys")
