Chazen is a male Human from the planet P4S-237.

2003[]
He believed that defying Lord Mot whom he presumably regarded as a God would result in punishment for all his people. He alerted Mot to the plot being planned by SG-1 and Ellori and used a Goa'uld shock grenade to stun them. When SG-1 escaped, he sounded the alarm, unknowingly ruining Mot's trap in the process. Mot used his Kara kesh on Chazen but Natania responded by shooting Mot dead before he could kill Chazen. (SG1: "Prophecy")
