Cervical vertebrae

Cervical vertebrae are seven bones in the neck below the Skull of Humans. It is the top segment of vertebrae in the spinal column.

History[]

When a Ashrak attacked Alpha Site in 2002, Anubis' Ashrak murdered the Tok'ra Ocker. He used an A'tar Blade to sever the spinal column between the first and second cervical vertebrae, while at the same time, severed the spinal column of the symbiote between the 33rd and 34th precloacal vertebrae. The death was instantaneous. Due to this manner of killing, Bra'tac and Teal'c could infer that no Jaffa committed the act, as Jaffa don't kill in this fashion. They perform vengeance face to face.
