::There are already a bunch of articles in [[:Category:Atlantis]]. If you want to change the name of the category to Stargate Atlantis, someone will need to change the category tag on all those page. I'm ok with that if it's the majority opinion. Atlantis is shorter and easier for a category, so I'd recommend it. I could more easily understand changing the name of the main article on the series, copying the content and redirecting the current page.
