Heru'ur's Domain, once the largest of the System Lords' was all but absorbed into Apophis' domain when he killed Heru'ur. Well known for his militaristic personality, Heru'ur conquered many worlds in his time. After the death of his father Ra, Heru'ur inherited much of Ra's domain. By 2000, he was the most powerful System Lord officially within the collective, while Apophis, who had taken control of Sokar's domain and added it to his own, was the most powerful Goa'uld. Knowing this, Heru'ur sought an alliance, hoping to unite Apophis' fleet with his own and conquer the Goa'uld Empire. However, SG-1 and the Tok'ra sabotaged the alliance, making it appear that Heru'ur attacked Apophis, hoping the two would go to war with each other. However, Apophis destroyed Heru'ur and absorbed his domain, making Apophis even more powerful. (SG1: "The Serpent's Venom")
