Sergeant Mike serves in the base security force of Phoenix Site under Major Jared Bell.
After General Philip Kevin Loyer began expressing concerns about the base's infrastructure he learned how to weld and became a regular fixture in many of the base's work crews. (RPG: "In Ruins")
