Bread

Bread is a staple food prepared by cooking a dough of flour and water and possibly more ingredients. Bread is often eaten with meals in various forms. Stargate Command and the Atlantis expedition use bread in their mess halls. Lucius Lavin used to bake a special herb into his bread which allowed him to have a certain amount of control over other people. (SGA: "Irresistible")
