Bosco's Taven is a tavern located in Colorado's town of Salida. Items on the menu include steak and beer. It also has a billiard area.

Jonathan O'Neill would go to Bosco's often when he was out riding. He liked the place because it was dimly lit and could hide in its shadows.
While eating at the tavern, Jonathan intervened between a drunk man fighting another man over his wife. After the altercation, he began to leave, only to be stoped in the parking lot by Major Kevin Hartkans, who asked that he come with him to help The Pentagon and SG-1. O'Neill asked where General Hammond was and learned of his heart attack. (SG1: "Off Balance")
