Balar was a planet in the Pegasus galaxy, home to the Balarians before Lastlight infected them with the Hoffan drug. Because the Wraith would die upon feeding on the survivors, they attacked the planet. However, most of the survivors were relocated to Elson's planet before the Wraith attacked. (SGA: "Outsiders")
