Bacis' host is a man who was forced to act as a host for the minor Goa'uld Bacis.
Biography[]
Background information[]
At some point before the minor Goa'uld Bacis embarked upon the Trial of Ra, he took this man as his host. In his body, Bacis made it through ten of the planets of the Trial, but on the eleventh planet, was crushed by a falling wall. Bacis died after recording a final message to his mate Sidhe on his personal recorder. Bacis' host survived long enough following the death of his symbiote to say a final few words himself before passing away too.
1999[]
In 1999, the body of Bacis and his host was found by Dr. Daniel Jackson after SG-1 was forced into the Trial of Ra by the System Lord Mat. Before leaving the planet, Daniel watched Bacis' final message and was shocked to see Bacis' host survive long enough to say a final few words himself. Despite Daniel's skill as a linguist, he was not able to understand what the man said before dying. (SG1: "The Barque of Heaven")
