Asura

The Asuras are the Jaffa of Vritra and fight in his name. They are fast, subtle warriors, who favor attacking from the shadows rather than direct confrontation. Their tools of battle include poison and assassination, as well as more traditional swordplay. Because of this, they are greatly feared even within Vritra's territory.^[1] (RPG: "Fantastic Frontiers: Stargate Season One")

On Prakiti, the Asuras acted as enforcers. They wandered local communities on the lookout for any sign of rebellion.^[2] (RPG: "Fantastic Frontiers: Stargate Season One")
