Assassin Sniper was one of many bounty hunters who went after SG-1 after Netan put a bounty on them.

His first target was Lt. Colonel Samantha Carter who was doing a demonstration about Chimera. His first shot missed because Carter was a hologram. Before he could shoot again Carter shot him with the X-699. (SG1: "Bounty")
