Jaffa Commander (Upgrades) was a Jaffa commander who served under Apophis. He lead a group of Jaffa guards that guarded a prototype Battleship that belonged to Apophis and stood on the otherside of the Stargate. When SG-1 ran through the gate he and his troops opened fire but were killed by SG-1 who used their Atanik armbands and took out him and his men quickly. (SG1: "Upgrades")
